To ensure calls connect, all supplied phone numbers must be in the correct format.
The international phone number format, or E.164, makes dialling across countries easier with three parts: country code, area code, and the local number. When dialling please use this format:
+ [Country code] [Area code] [Local number]
We accept spaces and (brackets) in the phone number. Remember, add the plus sign (+) and your country code to the front, and remove the preceding zeros.
For example, this is the correct format for Australia:
+61 411 123 456
