Unanswered and unavailable calls
Outgoing call charges if we can't get a hold of the receiving party
An unanswered outgoing call to the End User will not be charged, if the receiving party does not pickup.
Depending on the service, Ask Harry will wait and try a second time if the call remains unanswered. For details of the number of retries and the delay between retries, see the documentation for that feature.
An unavailable outgoing call that goes through to voicemail or an answering service will be charged at the standard per-minute charge.
Note: In all situations, if the feature includes an incoming call, the incoming call will be charged for.
